We’d like to pay for your appraisal, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Here’s how it works:
- As soon as you are under contract to purchase a home to be used as your primary residence, you must inform us within 1 day so that we may order and pay for the appraisal for that home. Failure to timely inform us makes you ineligible for this incentive.
- At the time the appraisal is ordered, we must be currently serving as your mortgage broker.
- We will only pay for one appraisal per purchase contract.
